Self-funding
We accept payments by debit card, credit card (American Express excluded) and BACS. Payment will be required at the time of your appointment.
- Initial consultation (60 minutes): £120
- Follow-up appointment (45 minutes): £90
In-clinic and domiciliary appointments are charged at the same rate.
Insurance
We are no longer able to accept patients through direct insurance billing.
If you have private health insurance, you’re still very welcome to book an appointment as a self-paying patient. After your appointment, we’ll provide you with an invoice that you can send to your insurer to see whether they are able to reimburse you under your policy.
As every policy is different, it’s worth checking with your insurer beforehand if you’d like to confirm what level of cover is available.
Cancellations
Our goal is to provide quality care to all our patients in a timely manner.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
Late Cancellations/No-Shows
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient a full missed appointment fee.
